In La Première* (First Class) or Business Class with Air France
Or in Business Class* with KLM

* in categories eligible for accumulation

2 | Sponsorship form

After checking the person you are sponsoring meets membership conditions for the Flying Blue Petroleum programme:

Print out the membership form below
Don't forget to include your name and Flying Blue Petroleum card number as sponsor
Give the membership form to the person you are sponsoring
Ask the person you are sponsoring to send the completed and signed membership form back to us at the following address:

To become a member of Flying Blue Petroleum, the person you sponsor must be over 18, employed by an oil or gas company or related oil industry recognised by AIR FRANCE and KLM and agree to Flying Blue programme membership conditions (if he/she is not already a member).
