  • Awards that combine the purchase of tickets from more than one airline are approved only when these tickets were purchased for flights operated by Flying Blue and SkyTeam airline partners; otherwise, separate award bookings will need to be requested and approved.
  • The number of Miles listed as being required for award flights applies to a round-trip ticket (a one-way ticket would require half this number of Miles).
  • The number of Miles listed as being required for an upgrade applies to a one-way flight. Class restrictions may apply to upgrades.

Please note the following conditions:
  • The above-mentioned number of Award Miles is valid for upgrades on a one-way flight only. For an upgrade on a return flight, two award upgrades must be booked.
  • It is only possible to upgrade to Business Class when you purchased a ticket in booking classes Y, B, M, U, K, H, L or Q.
  • Award upgrades to First Class are only possible for Elite members with a ticket in booking classes J, C or D.
  • All upgrades are subject to availability.
